Ingredients:
Gyro meat package (found in the refrigerated meat section)
Garlic Nan (frozen)
Taziki sauce
Tomatoes
Red onion
Romaine lettuce
Cucumbers
Olive oil
Instructions:
Preheat oven to heat nan per package instructions.
Heat cast iron pan with olive oil.
Thinly slice your tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onions. Coarsely chop the romaine lettuce.
Once the oven is preheated, toast the nan per package instructions (approximately 1 minute).
While nan is oven, fry the gyro meat in the hot cast iron for about 30 seconds each side.
Top the nan with gyro meat, lettuce, onions, tomatoes and nan. Enjoy!
