Temaki Den is a casual, modern alternative to the traditional high-end sushi bar located in the middle of the Source Hotel. They keep their sushi simple and traditional making it easy to order and enjoy quality fish and rice. Chef Toshi Kizaki is also responsible for the well-known Denver restaurants: Sushi Den, Izakaya Den, and OTOTO.
