TEMAKI DEN
Neighborhood: RiNo
Recommendations: You can’t beat the value of the Temaki Sets served Friday through Sunday from 12-4pm. The 5 roll set will fill you up and only costs $24. All of their rolls are served hand roll style. The aburi, or flame-seared, sushi is fresh and incredible. The salmon belly aburi is our favorite and has won multiple Denver awards. We also love the hamachi sashimi. All of their cocktails are excellent but I especially love the Sex Panther—it’s a matcha refreshing tequila drink.
Happy Hour/Daily Deals: Temaki Sets (Fri-Sun 12-4pm) 3, 4, and 5 roll sets.

Temaki Den is a casual, modern alternative to the traditional high-end sushi bar located in the middle of the Source Hotel. They keep their sushi simple and traditional making it easy to order and enjoy quality fish and rice. Temaki Den is recognized as a Michelin Guide Recommended Restaurant. Chef Toshi Kizaki is also responsible for the well-known Denver restaurants: Sushi Den, Izakaya Den, and OTOTO.
