UCHI
TOP 3 FAVORITE DENVER RESTAURANT
Neighborhood: RiNo
Recommendations: I get asked what I order here often because it’s one of those menus that you’re not always sure what you’ll be getting and can be hard to navigate for first timers. No worries, I have you covered. I’ve labeled the photos below so you can see what each item is.
What I order:
machi cure
hama chili
walu walu
sake toro
kosho crudo
gyutoro (this melts in your mouth)
masu
bincho
fried milk (desert)

Uchi is one of my favorite restaurants in Denver. From the service to the atmosphere to the food—it’s perfection. You’ll need a reservation as they fill up quickly. If you don’t have one I recommend going a little before they open to wait in line for the sushi bar or first available. Yes, there will be a line when they open so don’t sleep on it! Also, their happy hour is a great deal. They have a lot of my go-to’s that I’ve listed on that menu. I’d say you can eat for half the price during happy hour. It can be pricey so expect to spend some $$. I’m sure your server will tell you but eat the nigiri upside down so you taste all the flavors.
COVID Update: Order online to-go for a fun date night in. They are still offering happy hour during those times too!
