ONE OF MY FAVORITE BRUNCH SPOTS!

Recommendations: This is one of those places that everything you order is good. I especially love The 5280 breakfast sandwich for a good, filling weekday breakfast. The Bindery Spritz just tastes better than a regular spritz—highly recommend. But hands down, the Soft Scrambled Eggs (I order with all egg whites) is my favorite brunch item!

The Bindery has a unique setting showcasing a beautiful city view with a lovely outdoor seating ambiance or a bright, airy indoor dining. The space makes for a great place to have breakfast or lunch meetings. On the weekends, we enjoy brunching here. The fresh cocktails, delicious dishes, and energetic energy is a good way to start a weekend! In the evenings, the place transforms into a moody but well lit ambiance. It’s worth noting they offer $30 bottle of wine on Wednesdays all day. The Bindery is also a great option if you’re trying to please a group who want both healthy and “non-healthy” food options. You can order fresh bakery goods too including custom pies and cakes!
