Neighborhood: LoDo

Recommendations: The seasonal menu changes so I haven’t had much of what is on their current menu at the moment. I typically ask my server for recommendations and they’ve never steered me wrong.

Avelina is VERY high up on my list of favorite restaurants in Denver. It didn’t make my top 5 list but I’d probably put it as my #6 favorite. Located in the heart of downtown, Avelina offers amazing wait staff and food. The atmosphere is clean and nice but nothing crazy hip to rave about. However, I’ve never had a drink or food here I wasn’t super happy about. The menu is seasonal new American cuisine from an award-winning culinary team.

Because it’s darker inside (or maybe because I can’t keep my hands off the food long enough), I don’t have many photos but will be sure to get some up for you soon!
